The company Caricat Militaria e Collezionismo/ Retrouvè undertakes to send the purchased and paid material all over the world. The shipping rates are indicated in the table below. The company Caricat Militaria e Collezionismo/ Retrouvè Parma does not accept any responsibility and the buyer accepts the following, in the event that a type of shipment is agreed upon, the same is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, if the shipment is opened it results in a total or partial lack of content; in the event that the shipment is returned to the sender due to the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the buyer undertakes to pay all the expenses incurred including those for the second shipment. The Company Caricat Militaria e Collezionismo/ Retrouvè Parma is not responsible for what is sent, in particular the buyer must ensure that what is ordered is legal in the country of destination. In the event that the package is seized by the destination Customs or returned to the sender because it is not importable, the company Caricat Militaria e Collezionismo/ Retrouvè Parma is immediately released from the obligation to return and the buyer undertakes to refund any costs for the return of the goods.

3) The following payment methods are accepted:
- payments with major cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx etc.)
- advance payment to a bank or postal account;

CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENT is not accepted4) It is possible to return and refund the purchased goods, if not to your liking (excluding additional costs), by returning the goods intact, with ordinary parcel within 14 days of receiving the parcel, the postmark being valid. Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.
The refund will be made by current account, postal or bank check or bank transfer. After this deadline, no complaints or returns will be accepted.
5) The Company reserves the right to communicate whether the requested goods are available in stock
6) It is possible to request an invoice for the purchased goods, this must be expressly requested with the order form.
Invoicing is not carried out once the goods have been shipped.
7) The Court of Parma will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
8) Each order is accepted only if the order form is completed in all its parts. Telephone orders are accepted only if confirmed by email to the address: muranoarteantiques@gmail.com
9) The Caricat Military and Collectibles Company/ Retrouvè Parma for Italy sends the purchased material by Poste Italiane. We are available to change carrier at the customer's request, the buyer contacts us and we will satisfy every request, the costs will be defined from time to time depending on the type of Courier and the type of shipment.
